Ethical Dilemma One of the greatest tasks a manager will face is deciding when a member of their team is no longer a valuable part of that team and in fact is more of detriment to the success of the team and potentially the organization. Such is the case that I faced last year with a member of my team who was responsible for the payroll processing of our organization.
