Being an educator is one of the rare choices kids make when asked who they want to be in future. I must have been a typical kid looking up to astronauts and scientist before I underwent the life-changing education system. I first wanted to be a spaceman, and then a physician, but I eventually settled on being an educator. I have always wondered why my education period was filled with enthusiasm given the fact that I am not so much into books, the school never posed as a challenge to me like it does to other students. The many years of schooling subjected me to a lot of different educators, and from them, I usually learned a thing or two. Conclusively, being an educator is the most inspiring profession in the society and students should be allowed to feel comfortable having an educator as their role model instead of being pressured to look up to other jobs considered classy.

Write My Essay For MeTo begin with, I want to state that it is not a surprise to me that I always ended up with a favorite educator whom I always looked up to in all stages of my education. Not only are teachers the most amazing human beings but also the people that students of all ages spend a lot of time with. I think that some teachers have a calling; it is a profession that needs a passionate person as they deal with kids from diverse backgrounds in their career. For instance, when one of my high school classmates got pregnant, our class teacher visited her home to talk to her parents that were very annoyed and threatened to send her to a certain dull town. It must have been a courageous step to try and convince the flaring parents not to terminate her education. However, not all educators understand just how much influence they have over their classes, and that is why my heart found a role model in a few of them.
I had enough time to observe my educators, hence the fondness depending on the personality of the teacher. My closeness to a particular educator was influenced by some factors like their interest in knowing their students and their ability to use unique ways of handling the student population. I am so lucky to have carried this habit to college which earned me a mentor that has guided me through productive choices in life. Having to sit through hours of classes at the university was a monotonous thing and being a freshman, I could have easily lost interest in attending lessons were it not for one exciting lecturer.
Not only was she so practical in her lecturers but also very engaging, there was simply no time for daydreaming or being absent minded. Her depth of knowledge in the unit she was handling, and her friendliness made her approachable any time I had questions. As my role model, I admired the way she vividly passed her points and got around the rowdy teens with ease, I am sure the other students equally enjoyed her classes, and I hope that I will be able to apply her teaching styles when I become a professional educator.
Contrary to my parents ‘expectations of me becoming a scientist or a doctor or a nurse because of my interest in science-related subjects, I am going to be an educator. The only difference is that I won’t be spending time in the lab alone with specimens but with my students. Knowledge is something so beautiful, and I want to be part of those sharing it with engaging young minds at the peak of their education. I might be a professor or simple lecturer but what is important to me is that I am hopeful that I will be able to inspire my students the way I was influenced. To me, being an educator is an essential profession as no other profession would arise if no teacher directed the child to the basics of handling words and numbers.
In conclusion, people do not give much consideration to teachers, but they are essential people in the world. The fact that I found confidant in teachers’ this means that they were there for me, and many other students who cannot have it all from their parents and the society around them. The list of my role models from a younger age consists of teachers who I admired their teachings styles and ability to handle students. That is why I also hope to be the best educator in future.
