It is imperative to note that health organization must continue to expand with the primary objective of meeting the demands of the clients. One of the key issues that have led to increased need for health care services especially in the US where the facility is situated is increased the population. This challenge of lack of adequate staff is associated with various implications.
One of the major impacts is that it leads to poor health outcomes within the organization. When there are many patients as compared to the staff providing the services, it can lead to various crises. Some of the patients may not be attended to, and this leads to the failure to enhance their health.
