This report is to be individually completed and individually submitted. Outline of Team Status Report / Personal Reflection Paper Section 1: List all of your team member’s names, (first name and last name). Be sure to include your name at the very top of the list. Section 2: List what has been completed thus far. Anything additional completed? Anything accidentally omitted that should have been included? Section 3: List what needs to be completed as of this moment. Section 4: Answer the following questions completely and fully. What are the major stumbling blocks that your team needs to overcome?
