Data Instrument and Data Collection Tool
The objective of this assignment is for you to complete the fourth part of the final research project. This assignment is divided into two parts. In Part 1, you will provide a description of your data instrument, and in Part 2, you will provide the data collection tool that you will use for your project.
Part 1: Data Instrument
