For these exercises, you will be required to complete a written exercise. The paper must be in APA format and include a cover page, abstract, discussion, conclusion, and references. Your paper should go beyond the obvious, be written at a graduate level, and must be at least 1,200 words in length (excluding the title, abstract, and reference page), but may not exceed 2,500 words. You must use at least three resources to support your position. Remember, all resources including, but not limited to, journals, magazines, and/or books must be properly cited using APA style.

To complete this assignment, you will logically respond to at least three of your classmates’ papers. Each of your responses is to be at least 100 words in length and can be based on your opinion, but must be supported with research. Refer to the syllabus for additional guidance. You must post your responses no later than Sunday 11:59 PM EST/EDT.

The written exercise will explore a topic that is presented in the module outline. Each written exercise is worth 50 points and the seven assignments in total (350 points) will be 35% of your total grade.  The written exercise discussion is worth 25 points and the six assignments in total (150 points) will be 15% of your grade.

  • You shall submit your paper to the Dropbox and attach your paper in a post to the Written Exercise Discussion Board no later than Saturday 11:59 PM EST/EDT of the respective Module it is due.  Responses are due no later than Sunday 11:59 PM EST/EDT of the respective Module it is due. Your paper will lose 5 points per day for each day late up to 5 days (after 5 days no credit will be given).  The written exercise discussion will not be accepted late, and

Grading:

Scholarly writing; completeness; organization; extensive analysis of the issues; Correctional leadership issues logically discussed; grammar, punctuation, spelling and consistent with project requirements.
