environments that have an identified problem. In each scenario the leadership style,
communication, and management strategies will be identified that would be the most effective in
addressing each issue. The concepts of change theory, identifying strategies and rationales for
each issue, description of expected outcomes, and an explanation of professional and legal

In this scenario, there have been complaints from the renal physicians that the daily
weights and intake and output (I&O) records are not being completed as they should. Because
